- When selling a house in a sellers market. You often times get multiple offers on a house with some exceeding asking price.
- When you are in a buyers market you will often times get an offer that is a “low” offer from the buyer.
• Offers are generally faxed / emailed to us by the other agent. The buying agent will typically follow up with a phone call in regards to the offer.
• The buyers typically give 24-48 hours to respond which gives us time to review and make the best decision
When we receive an offer you have one of TWO options:
1. Accept it.
2. Counter it.
**But Not Reject. We would rather have the buyer be the reason for not continuing to negotiate.**
